Menopause training programme

Saidia Dada now focusses on menopause and anti-menopause age we target over 50,000 women all over the country to benefit from the programme. The targetted group is mostly poor women in slums and villages all over the country. We are targetting over 1 million women. The major topics are;

2. At what age do women expect menopause?
3. What are the symptoms of menopause?
4. Why is menopause age important?
5. Healthy eating during menopause.

Sexual and reproductive health programme for girls

The objective under this programme is to address the specific reproductive health needs of young people and assist them to regulate their fertility without risking their health.
